Presents the existing problems of the system, and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the four types of air distribution. The results show that the opposite-side-supply stratified air conditioning system is superior to other systems. The air outlets being designed with the consideration of the height of the printing machine and the air velocity limit, the double registers are installed at the height of 8.0 m for cooling the space over the printing machine and twist outlets are installed at 4.5 m at an angle of 45°. Investigates the influences of air velocity, outlet installation height and supply angles using CFD technology, from the available data, concluding that the air distribution is the most desirable when the air velocity of registers is 4.5 m/s, at a 0° angle and the air velocity of twist outlets is 4.5 m/s, at a 45° angle, while the return air inlets are installed at 0 m and 1 m above the ground.
